From 94 heading East towards downtown
Take the 4th and 7th exit (approx 1 ½ mile long exit) to

Coming from the west (I394)
From 394 heading east towards downtown
Take the downtown exits to “3rd and Washington Ave” exit
At the Washington Ave stoplight proceed forward 1 block to

1st building on right (1/4 block) to

Coming from the East on I-94 from St. Paul
From 94 heading West towards downtown Mpls
Take the 5th street exit stay in right lane
At the stop sign take a right on 11th Ave to
Washington Ave take a left
Go down Wash. Ave and 2 blocks past Hennepin Ave to
2nd Ave North take a right 1 block to
2nd street North take a left go ½ block on left to
219 North 2nd street

Coming from the north, heading south on I35W
From 35w heading south towards downtown Mpls.
Take the Washington Ave exit
At stoplight take a right on Washington Ave.
Go (approx. 1 mile) 2 blocks past Hennepin Ave
Take a right on 2nd Ave North, 1 block to
2nd Street North take a left ½ block on left to
219 North 2nd street

Coming from the South, heading north on I35W
From 35w heading north towards downtown Mpls.
As you approach downtown stay in left 2 lanes
Take the “Downtown exits” (5th - 11th)
Take 5th Ave all the way to
